Online Secure Donation/Recurring Donation
You can make a secure online donation by clicking the DONATION button on any ASES website, including this one, or simply go here to donate. This donation can easily be set up as a recurring donation by simply checking the box under STEP 1 "Make my payment a recurring payment". After you check this box, you will be shown the option to set the number of months you wish this recurring payment to occur. All one-time or recurring donations are appreciated!

Monthly Donation - Solar Circle of Renewal
Solar Circle of Renewal is a group of individuals who commit to making a gift each month to help promote a sustainable future. Your monthly donation, automatically transferred each month from your checking account or charged to your credit card, provides steady reliable support – allowing us to initiate projects more quickly, plan more effectively, and reduce administrative costs. You can donate monthly by using our secure online donation form and selecting MAKE MY PAYMENT A RECURRING PAYMENT under your giving amount.
Combined Federal Campaign
Federal employees can a pledge to support ASES during the campaign which runs from September 1 to December 15th this year. This campaign, run by Federal volunteers across the nation and overseas is the largest employee campaign in the world.
Employees can elect to pledge a specific amount to be withheld regularly from their pay beginning in January and continuing through December. One-time gifts are also possible.
Over the years, Federal employees have donated thousands of dollars to American Solar Energy Society.
Matching Gifts
When your gift is matched by an employer, your money goes even further. You can sometimes double or even triple your contribution! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees.

Planned Giving
Current Gift of Appreciated Stock or Real Estate: The smart say to give
Do you own assets that have substantially increased in value over the years? Donated assets such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds or real estate may provide you with an income tax deduction based on the fair market value of the gift and eliminate all capital gains taxes. This would allow you to make a substantially greater gift (typically between 45-70 percent) than you otherwise would have thought possible for the same out of pocket cost.
Bequest: The simple way to leave a substantial gift
A bequest to ASES is as simple as adding an amendment to your will stating: “I give (a specific dollar amount or percentage) of my estate to ASES of Any town, USA.” This is the most common planned gift and it may provide you with valuable estate tax savings.
Life Insurance: A large gift with a small cost
One of the simplest ways to make a significant contribution is to give a life insurance policy to ASES. You may do this in a number of ways; give a policy you no longer need, take out a new policy or name ASES as a beneficiary of an existing policy. This may provide you with income and estate tax savings.
Charitable Trust: Substantial benefits to the donor
Do you own low yielding assets like real estate or securities that have appreciated in value? Is your objective to sell those assets and reinvest in higher income vehicles? A charitable trust might be your answer. The trust may help you to: eliminate capital gains taxes, reduce or eliminate estate taxes, improve your lifetime cash flow, and when coupled with an asset
replacement trust, can give your heirs the same amount you gave to ASES.
Charitable Gift Annuity: A Guaranteed income stream for life
A charitable annuity allows you to contribute assets to ASES and receive a charitable deduction. In turn, we will provide you with a guaranteed income stream for life (the pay out will be contingent upon personal factors of the donor). This vehicle can ease the worries of outliving your resources and provide a high rate of return coupled with numerous tax advantages.
